READY TO DRIVE?
Complete this checklist!
There are four things you need to do before orientation on Tuesday:
☐ Complete your online training
Use this link to complete your training in Tenstreet.
It will take you take you a few hours, so do it before traveling to orientation.
We keep orientation short and sweet (one day only,) that means it’s critical you complete the online portion first!
☐ Get set to get paid with Paylocity
Check your inbox on Monday morning for two emails from Paylocity.

Subject: Instructions for your payroll setup at aifleet
Subject: The AI Fleet Inc. Password
Follow the steps to create and set-up your account.
Company ID: 177682
Username: First Initial + Last Name
Password: Check your email
Once you are logged in, please complete all the tasks for onboarding!
Download the Paylocity app (NOTE: it will take at least 48HRS for your account to be set up in the app, please do not use the app to try and complete your onboarding tasks.)
☐ Set up Motive, your ELD app
We will create a new account for you - even if you have used Motive before!
Check your inbox on Monday Morning for an email with details

Subject: Motive Log In - ACTION NEEDED TODAY
Follow the steps to set-up your account.
Email: Check your email
Password: Trucking!
Download the Motive Driver App but do not create a new account. Please use the info emailed to you on Monday morning to login.
If you are new to Motive - here are some tutorials to please review. They will help to get you more familiar so you can be in and out of orientation more quickly!
☐ Pack these important items
Your social security card or an alternate I9 document
A copy of your Logs (if you have been driving for the last 7 days)
Closed toed shoes with a heel
Bedding for the truck or a sleeping bag
Any devices you will want to use for your ELD (tablet, and/or cellphone)
A cellphone charger
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
You will receive a detailed email with your travel agenda. Please read it thoroughly.
Be ready to be picked up on Tuesday no later than 7AM. It’s critical that you get your uber to the Yard on time.
If you haven’t yet signed your offer letter, please do so before orientation.
You will need a fully charged cellphone to use during orientation.
