So, what happens next?

☐ Provide Your Clearinghouse Consent

  • Login to the Clearinghouse Website and grant aifleet permission to access your records

  • If you have trouble, here’s the FAQ

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it, but it will take 48 hrs to process

☐ Make sure Your DOT physical has 9 months left on it

  • If you need to renew, we will cover the cost

  • We can also schedule it for you if you need!

☐ Upload Your Documents in Driver Pulse

  • Look for an email called “Next Steps” from AIFleet <noreply@tenstreet.com>

  • These are the documents we need!
    ☐ Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
    ☐ CDL (Front & Back)
    ☐ DOT Physical (short form only)

☐ Complete Drug Test

  • We’ll schedule your drug test in a zip code near you and email you the details

  • Once complete, take a photo of the form you and the examiner sign, and text it to us

  • You must take your drug test no later than the Friday before your orientation so results come back in time

  • If you can’t take your drug test in time, we may need to push your start date

☐ Sign Your Conditional Offer Letter

  • We will send your offer letter through the Driver Pulse App

  • Sign all of the attachments included

  • NOTE: The offer is conditional pending drug test, background check, and previous employment verifications

☐ Sign the Certificate of Violations

  • You’ll get an email from the Driver Pulse App

☐ Help us Your Confirm Previous Employment Experience

  • We must verify at least 2 years of prior experience within the last 3 years driving a tractor-trailer (‘42-‘53)

  • We’ll reach out to your previous employers and confirm that their verification matches what’s on your application (including equipment type and/or any accidents or terminations)

  • If they don’t respond, we’ll need your help providing alternative verification with things like paystubs, W2 forms, BOLS, etc.
